Puppy Delivery Terms and Conditions

​

All of our puppies are delivered with:

• Microchip

• Identification tattoo

• International export pedigree

• Vaccination schedule according to age

• Deworming schedule

• Tail docking

• Vaccination record

 

All of our dogs are registered and delivered with pedigree documentation. Under no circumstances are our puppies delivered without official registration and pedigree. Our puppies are delivered from 3 months of age onward, never before.

Health Guarantee

 

All of our puppies are guaranteed against viral diseases during the first 4 months after delivery.

This guarantee will not apply if the new owner fails to follow the vaccination schedule indicated in the puppy’s vaccination record or by the corresponding veterinarian.

In the event of a valid guarantee claim:

1. The owner will keep the dog.

2. The dog must be neutered/spayed.

3. The owner must provide a complete veterinary medical report.

4. The original pedigree must be returned.

5. Once these requirements have been fulfilled, another puppy will be provided.

 

Shipping costs, crate costs, and any expenses related to the delivery of the replacement puppy will be covered by the owner.

 

Ear Cropping

 

Ear cropping is optional and has an additional cost of:

$970 USD

*This cost includes surgery, medication, and boarding.

The surgery is performed by Dr. Ángel Monreal, a veterinarian specialized in ear cropping.

If ear cropping is requested, the puppy must remain with us for approximately 2 additional months for proper recovery and follow-up care.

Price and Reservation Deposit

 

The price of each puppy is:

$3,990 USD

 

*This price does not include shipping costs, crate, or transportation.

A puppy may be reserved with a deposit of:

$350 USD

 

The remaining balance may be paid in installments until the time of delivery. In case of cancellation by the buyer, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

National and International Shipping

Shipping costs, crate costs, and transportation expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

We can assist with the delivery of the puppy within Mexico or internationally. The buyer may also choose to pick up the puppy personally.

​

For international shipments, an additional fee of:

$475 USD

 

will apply for export documentation.

If the puppy is shipped through an airline cargo service, the buyer must consider additional expenses such as:

• Customs procedures

• Local taxes in the destination country

• Reception fees

• Any additional charges required by authorities or airlines

 

These expenses must be covered directly by the buyer.
